Policies

Appointments: When you request an appointment i am setting aside my time just for your dog. I am flexible and understand life can be busy. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please be respectful of my time and let me know as soon as you can. Please understand that because i schedule appointments one on one it is important to be on time. If your more than 15 minutes late i may not have enough time to complete your service depending on my other appointments.

Vaccinations: Proof of Rabies is required to perform services ( by state law) Please discuss what with your vet what other vaccinations your dog should have based on their lifestyle

Matting: I believe in humanity over vanity. A small amount of matting is typical and can usually be worked through but sometimes matting is so severe that it cannot comfortably be brushed out. If I find that the only option I have left is a short cutdown I will get permission from pet owner for a cutdown or respect owners wishes to decline my services.

Release Form: To provide services i will require every client to sign a release form which reads:

"I understand and agree that while every attention will be given to safety that because i will be using sharp tools to complete services and cannot always control the actions of your pet, that owner accepts services at their own risk and I will not be held liable for mishaps out of my control.

Payment: Payments are required at pick up after services are performed
